Upcoming Construction on the Grand Avenue Bridge The Grand Avenue Bridge will experience daytime closures Monday, February 11 - Friday, February 15, 2008 during bridge drive gear repairs. The bridge is expected to be closed to all vehicular and pedestrian traffic between 9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. each day.
