Default UniCare pulls the plug on Illinois
October 28th, 2009 10:51 AM - (Crain’s) — UniCare Inc. plans to pull out of Illinois’ health insurance market by yearend, potentially creating an influx of new customers for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois Inc.

UniCare said in a written statement that all of its 180,000 Illinois members will be guaranteed ...
