Andrew to sell satellite business to private-equity firm

Tue, 06 Nov 2007 09:49:00 EST - (Reuters) -- Andrew Corp. on Tuesday said it agreed to sell its satellite communications business to private-equity firm Resilience Capital Partners for up to $39 million in cash.

Andrew said it expects to record a charge against earnings of about $15 million to $20 million related to the sale.
