 Beverly couple returns from medical mission to Uganda
4:00 AM, Jan 10, 2008 - A couple from Chicago's Beverly community recently returned from a
three-year trip to Uganda as volunteers with the Los Angeles-based
Mission Doctors. In February, Little Company of Mary Hospital in
Evergreen Park will honor them with the Sister Nancy Boyle Award for
Excellence. Dr. William Walsh and his wife, Kate Walsh, knew next to nothing about Uganda when they got their assignment, they said.
