Bikes will own the streets for 2 days

August 13th, 2008 05:00 AM - Imagine a block party that goes on for miles. That's how advocates see "Sunday Parkways," which will shut off a network of inner-city boulevards to cars on two Sundays in October and open the streets to bicyclists and pedestrians.
