Blue Line train stalls downtown

Tue, 15 Apr 2008 04:00 CST - Passengers on stalled CTA trains downtown Tuesday morning are being led through subway tunnels by Chicago firefighters. Power has been shut off to part of the Blue Line downtown as firefighters evacuate passengers through the tunnels.
