 Boy, 5, pulled from SE Side harbor Breaking news: Emergency crews have rescued a 5-year-old boy that spent nearly 20 minutes under water Thursday night in a Southeast Side harbor. Crews responded to a child in the water at Park Harbor, near 63rd and Hayes drives, according to Fire Media Affairs Director Larry Langford.
