 Boy who fell into harbor recovering in hospital The first time Chicago firefighter Brian Otto saw little Lazar Ognjenovic, the toddler was limp and lifeless, submerged 12 feet under murky Lake Michigan's surface, trapped inside his stroller. On Wednesday, Otto played with a healthy, active, happy 3-year-old Lazar, the boy reveling in the attention and a small battalion of toy fire trucks during a party at Children's Memorial Hospital.
