May 16th, 2008 05:25 PM - (Crain’s) — Brooklyn Industries, a New-York-based urban apparel shop, opens its first store Saturday in the Bucktown neighborhood.

The 2,000-square-foot store, at 1426 N. Milwaukee Ave., is the ninth for owners Lexy Funk and Vahap Avsar and the first outside of the Big Apple.
