 Burials burden parents Lost behind the epidemic of violence claiming the lives of minority kids on the South and West sides is how their mostly poor parents pay for burials. It's not a dilemma facing the family of the most recent victim, 15-year-old Percy Rounds, whose funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday.
