 Cheers! Bell's beer is back in Chicago Ring the bells and sound the alarm -- a beloved microbrew is back in town. At midnight, Sheffield's bar became the first Chicago bar in nearly two years to tap a keg of Bell's beer, said Phil Kuhl, self-proclaimed "beer dude" at the North Side pub.
