Chicago city services cut back Friday

November 27th, 2009 09:48 AM - (AP) — Just as the holiday shoppers hit their stride, Chicago's city workers are pulling back temporarily.

The city is reminding residents and visitors that Friday is the second of what city officials call reduced services days — a cost-cutting move prompted by the rough economic times.
