Hello, Just interested in hearing from others their views, thoughts, and feelings about the Chicago region. Am personally interested in architecture, urban planning, most cultural activities, and all things nature. Also like to keep up on current events and politics. My wife and I frequent many of the cultural venues in Chicago on a regular basis. Love to hear from others--especially if they have a "hidden" gem in the area they would like to share.

Welcome and hope you have fun on the site.

Regarding hidden gem, here's a restaurant - it's not really hidden, but my wife and I really like Sayat Nova on Grand between Michigan and St. Clair. It's a little Armenian restaurant.
