Compare the quality of the condos in Chicago to Beijing, there is a big difference. There are lots of nicer buildings in Chicago which is very affordable for Chinese investors. Such as the street that I live on, which is called Harbor, it is by the east end of the Randolph street. The condos here are have beautiful views, nice community, parks and lake front.
