 Christmas miracle for family Fintan heads to surgery
4:00 AM, Dec 26, 2007 - Updated: Tears streamed down Gina Schiltz’s face Wednesday morning in an eighth
floor room at Children’s Memorial Hospital as she held her
three-month-old son, Fintan, his tiny chest covered with wires, hours
before surgeons were expected to replace his ailing heart with a new
one. As she placed him in his crib, he cried out loudly twice.
