'Clout Cafe' makes money thanks to taxpayers

4:00 AM, Jan 31, 2008 - Millennium Park's Park Grill has started to make money for its bevy of clout-heavy investors, who have split $527,250 in profits on the high-profile restaurant that opened in late 2003 on a prime piece of Michigan Avenue real estate right beneath the wildly popular draw of the giant steel sculpture known as "The Bean."
