Cops draw hard line on unpaid days

The Fraternal Order of Police appears to be slamming the door on Mayor Daley's appeal for shared sacrifice -- one week after appearing open to concessions to help close Chicago's $400 million deficit. FOP President Mark Donahue said Tuesday his members are in no mood to match the unpaid furlough days and canceled pay raises affecting the city's non-union workers.
