 Cops: Josue's stepdad may have been target

As detectives continued their search for the person who shot an 8-year-old boy in Humboldt Park this week, detectives remained focused on whether the boy's stepfather, a known gang member in the neighborhood with a long arrest record, was the intended target, law enforcement sources said.
