 Couple's life savings, faith in humanity wiped out
Tue, 11 Mar 2008 04:00 CST - Charles and Jennifer Hsu invested their life savings and even tapped their retirement account to bankroll what they thought would be a can't-miss business opportunity: their own mini-restaurant inside a new ethnic supermarket in Naperville. That money - all $67,500 of it - appears to be gone now, and with it, more than a little of the couple's faith in humanity.
