Does anyone have any updated information as to the status of the defendant Reginald Potts and what is happening in regard to the murder charges. I can see he is going from traffic court, to criminal court but there are no news updates regarding this matter... |

You guys gotta resist the "quick fix" temptation of wanting the death penalty. You realise that only a few countries around the world (Arab states and the US) still use the death penalty? Its kinda third-world mentality to think you'll get the right man every time. Saker. |

Especially in Illinois.. after DNA evidence started being used to review old cases I think a lot of people on death row actually got freed in the last decade or so... there was a moratorium on the death penalty for a while. |
