 Eyes to the Skies Festival Lisle Eyes to the Skies Festival is known throughout the nation for the wonderful display of hot air balloons. This is one of the most watched features of the Festival every year. The most spectacular view you can see of these balloons is just before and after the firework shows. The balloons will remain tethered to the ground but will lift up about a hundred feet and in the darkness of the night you can see the balloons glowing, giving off their own light show. Wednesday, June 30th: Carnival open from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM Thursday, July 1: Carnival open from 5:00PM to 11:00 PM; Friday, July 2: Festival, Carnival and Craft Fair open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; FIREWORKS Saturday, July 3: Festival, Carnival and Craft Fair open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; FIREWORKS Sunday, July 4: Parade at 3:00 PM Festival, Carnival and Craft Fair open from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM; FIREWORKS Last edited by Eric Frost; May 26th, 2010 at 09:10 AM..  |
