Fire chiefs worry FEMA money drying up

September 14th, 2008 05:00 AM - Southland fire departments have hired firefighters, equipped them and bought trucks with millions of dollars doled out since 9-11 by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Fire chiefs now worry the money will dry up.
