 Flood pressure looms along area rivers
June 14th, 2008 05:00 AM - Heavy rain in Wisconsin this week and more forecast for Sunday means residents here along the Chain O'Lakes, Fox River and the Des Plaines River will play the waiting game into next week. Officials said there about 100 homes are affected by the floodwaters right now, and if the levels on the Chain O'Lakes and the Fox River continue to rise, they could reach levels equal to August 2007 when 370 homes were affected countywide.
