Grainger acquires Alliance Energy Solutions

November 18th, 2009 05:30 PM - (AP) — Maintenance products distributor W.W. Grainger Inc. said Wednesday that it has bought Alliance Energy Solutions in an all-cash deal.

Terms were not disclosed.

Grainger expects the deal to increase earnings in 2010 by roughly 1 cent to 2 cents a share.
