This does not surprise me - one of the smartest things Bush ever said, and probably accidentally, was something about the West Bank to the Palestinians - "like it or not, the Jews are here in their homes and that isn't gonna change" - I'm paraphrasing, but its true - the Jews are stubborn, the Palestinians are angry, and the place is just a powder-keg ready to go off. |
