Low Rise Dock Elevator Working!

I went down to the mail box area with the baby and stroller and was waiting for my wife to come down and she suddenly appeared coming out of the low rise dock elevator! I guess the thing is working now since yesterday presumably.. so now the S2 storage area is accessible and it is easier to get down to the dock... also with three elevators we should not have to wait as long for one to show up.
