Question what can a person do if a bank refuses to send a monthly statement about ones account. Is it legal to charge 6 Dollars for a print out of ones account. How can one investigate such practices,my account seams tio be short.I have no way of keeping tract of tranaction taking place on my account. How can I recieve a free account of practices taking place I am poor and on a fix income. Can I recieve a answer now.Question who can I report this to
