4:00 AM, Nov 17, 2007 -

A man wanted in the fatal shooting of Ronald Heard -- who was killed while defending a woman in a restaurant parking lot and whose father is a Chicago Police officer -- has been arrested in Berrien County, Mich. Heard, 23, was shot five times on Oct. 6 in a drive-through lane at the White Castle at 69th and Western. An 18-year-old previously has been charged.
