 Mourners honor slain cop at funeral

Richard Francis was laid to rest Monday after 27 years on the Police Department; long watches on midnights; 35 honorable mentions; naval service in the Mekong Delta; 10 years of loving his wife and two stepdaughters, and always being there to back up fellow officers with his police wagon.
