New trial for accomplice to freeing Death Row inmate

4:00 AM, Dec 12, 2007 - Mark Mannie, who was sentenced to five years in prison as an accomplice to freed Death Row inmate Aaron Patterson, had his conviction vacated and will get a new trial in the drugs and guns case, according to a ruling handed down today by the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
