February 7th, 2012 10:00 AM - (Crain's) — Advocate Medical Group, one of the largest physician groups in the state, has agreed to buy a 23-doctor cardiology practice in southwest suburban Oak Lawn, but the deal has been met with a lawsuit and defections by seven physicians.
