 O'Hare Blue Line work finishing early
July 23rd, 2008 05:00 AM - The shuttle-bus shuffle on the Blue Line at O'Hare is coming to an end. L service between the Rosemont and O'Hare stops will resume Thursday morning -- four days early. It's been suspended since July 8, while crews replace deteriorated rail, tie plates and spikes in that northernmost stretch of the Blue Line.
