PrivateBancorp to raise $200 million for expansion

Tue, 27 Nov 2007 10:25:00 EST - (AP) -- Financial services provider PrivateBancorp Inc. said Tuesday it is offering $200 million of equity securities in a private placement to institutional and accredited investors.

The securities were priced at $28.71 per share, the company's closing stock price on Friday.
