May 10th, 2008 05:00 AM - West suburban Aurora restaurant owners are suffering from the high price of oil -- disposal. The Fox Metro Water Reclamation District Board passed an ordinance in December that requires food service and other grease-producing businesses to upgrade their grease traps.
