Sidley Austin settles age-bias suit

Fri, 05 Oct 2007 11:45:00 EST - (Crain's) -- Sidley Austin LLP has agreed to pay a total of $27.5 million to 32 former partners in settling an age discrimination lawsuit brought on by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
The payment is part of a consent decree reached by both Sidley Austin, which admitted no wrongdoing, ...
