Recently I noted there is a noodle company opened up on Michigan, close to south water. They used to be the Baja Fresh. I remember there was one in Naperville. We went to try some noodles last week, I like the Indonesian noodle that my husband ordered. I ordered a Japanese Udon noodle, but it was a little too dry and I did not really like it.
