'Move on?' New taxes will mean 'move out'

Fifty years ago, Meigs Field, an airport in Grant Park, was an educational experience for generations of Chicago children. Grant Park was a park. Meigs Field is gone, and the mayor wants to further erode Grant Park by building a children's museum there."
