I have heard that Patrick Thomson, the lawyer for the Chicago Children's Museum, is Mayor Daley's nephew - does anyone have a reference for this?

Patrick Thompson, actually.. it was mentioned in the Sun-Times:

"The derogatory remarks they made about children in the city is unacceptable," said Daley, whose nephew, Patrick Thompson, is the attorney who represented the museum at community meetings."

I was at that meeting - god I was disgusted and outraged about the derogatory remarks made about Chicago's children! hehe. As Justin Sondak would say - file under "Things Mayor Daley Says That Do Not Make Sense"
