Children’s Museum digs in with redesign

“They just have to play by the rules and the rules are clearly written in the Ward decisions,” said Richard Ward, president of the New Eastside Assn. of Residents. “Burying (the museum) underground only satisfies one of the requirements, not all of them. I want them to adhere to the five requirements in the Ward decisions.”
