Restaurant near/way to United Ctr

I need to find medium price restaurant on the way (after the Cumberland exit) to United Center. I am going to see Neil Diamond this Saturday and I live in Crystal Lake. I would like to get past Cumberland or Harlem before stopping. Any ideas?

The Harlem exit has a lot of restaurants, see attached.

If you like authentic Mexican, Taco Burrito King at the Harlem exit is very good food. It's not a fancy place, but we used to eat there for lunch a lot..
