Located on the seventh floor of Outer Drive East (400 E. Randolph) this long time New Eastside institution has recently performed renovations in hopes to become "the place" for local residents to eat, drink, and hang out. The recent closing of Cafe Boba and the pending loss of the Lakeshore Grill (http://forums.new-eastside.com/index.php/topic,24.0.html) (due to construction of Aqua (http://forums.new-eastside.com/index.php/topic,33.0.html)) can't hurt.
To get to the restaurant, just tell security that you are going up to the restaurant and you have to sign in, but otherwise they practically wave you right up. Interestingly, they are only two floors above street level as the street level is considered the 5th floor in Outer Drive East (http://www.new-eastside.com/ode/).
The menu is below, lots of great American fare including the Reuben, chicken wings, and terrific breakfasts. Prices are very reasonable.
