This from the Sun-Times this morning:
"When a reporter suggested the idea, Reilly agreed to consider it, even though he had trouble believing that the Children's Museum would "want all of their programming to essentially be in a cave."
"The current proposal would construct structures in Grant Park. That's a violation of the decree affirmed by four Supreme Court decisions. . . . If they're not building any structures in Grant Park and they're technically building it in a [public parking] garage, that wouldn't violate the open-space protections," Reilly said."
