Hi,
I found this forum online and I am considering purchasing a condo at one of the newer Lake Shore developments, Aqua (http://www.lakeshoreeast.com/aqua/index.html). Does anyone have some comments, stories or experiences they would like to share about the LakeShore East community; especially the neighbohood and the people, but also the construction schedules of past or current developments and general comments about the Magellan Development Group (http://www.magellandevelopment.com/portfolio/lakeshoreeast.html)?
