We had a great dinner at the emilios tapas restaurant, I like the tapas ideas, as in this case you can chose from so many different selections. All the dishes are very tasty, I like the seafood one especially as the flavor is so good. One dish was not so great is the lamb leg, which is a little bitter as it is overcooked, but we have finished it also. The bill is reasonable with more choices than bid dinners! I will give 8 out of 10 points.

Emilios Tapas
I like that place, it always seems like our bill is high compared to other placed, but I end up there when people visit at least several times per year.

good to know that they have recipes, have you ever tried to make it at home? How does it turn out?

Tapas - No I have not tried yet. Honestly I didn't know the word before seeing Tapas in Chicago restaurants. I take it that it's Spanish? How does Tapas in general differ from just say preparing simple dishes?
