Cafe Rom in Lakeshore East

I have only been there a few times, but I am really enjoying the Cafe Rom in the Shoreham just off the Lakeshore East park.

It's a good sidetrip when going out to the park when it's cold for an Americano to keep warm and an ice cream treat for the kids.

Also, there are often some discussions about the neighborhood such as an agent from Magellan next door talking about showing places or a resident describing the neighborhood and the development to a visitor.

You can see their menu at Caffe RoM Modern Italian Coffee Bar in Chicago (http://www.caferom.com/) I believe they will also do catering if you need say 20 sandwiches for something.

I like this place as well and am thrilled to have it in the neighborhood. The few things I've tried were good and they seemed kid friendly overall.

Hopefully we will all support them so they can stay for a while!

I have been to the one in Prudential building, I really like their Cafe Latte, the atmosphere is very nice too, Lydia likes the white bench:-)

One of my neighbor took Elizabeth to Cafe Rom for some icecream, I got a taste of it too, it was very delicious.
