Bears Week 7 at Philadelphia

The Bears play the Philadelphia Eagles Sun, Oct 21 at Philadelphia.

The game is scheduled to be broadcast on FOX at 3:15 pm

After losing many games in a row against the Eagles including the playoffs and after last weeks loss in the final seconds, the Bears maange to pull off this win in the final minutes of the game.

With the score 16 to 12, they were four points behind and a field goal would not do it, they needed a touchdown.

They started a drive from their own 3-yard line at 1:53 left in the game with no time outs and relentlessly drove the ball down the field managing to get out of bounds or lining up quickly and spiking the ball to perserve seconds on the clock.

At 0:15 left, they made a play from the Eagles 15-yeard line to score a touchdown and left just 0:09 on the clock. After the extra point, they kicked a bounce to the Eagles who had just one play to use the remaining time on the clock.

What a fun game! I frequently tell people it's great to see a close game no matter who wins, but it's even better when the Bears pull it off!
