Southlander was 'super' on world stage

12:01 AM, Feb 14, 2008 - When New York Giants left tackle David Diehl, a proud 1998 graduate of Brother Rice High School, was at a New York City pep rally last week celebrating the Giants' 17-14 Super Bowl XLII victory over the New England Patriots, NFL umpire Tony Michalek was back home in Midlothian knowing he had done his Super Bowl job with the same level of excellence.
