 Southlanders tuning up their bikes; parking cars
July 31st, 2008 05:00 AM - Tony Heath has only been legal to drive since last year, but the 17-year-old is already thinking about other transportation options, especially when he goes away to college next year. This summer, he's relying more on his bicycle to get around town. "I definitely ride my bike more because of gas," the Frankfort resident said. "I can't afford it."
