4:00 AM, Dec 23, 2007 - Almost everything terrifies Downers Grove Chihuahua pup Tico el Bandito says his owner, Janice Flores. Imagine, then, what thoughts must have run through Tico's head when the clawing, tearing fury of a red-tailed hawk invaded his backyard world in a freakish attack Monday morning.
