Tribune Tower going on market?
June 26th, 2008 05:00 AM - David Roeder: Tribune Co. Chairman Sam Zell didn't take long to cast his calculating eyes on the company's signature tower at 435 N. Michigan. Six months after taking over the Chicago Tribune and other media businesses and vowing shakeups, Zell said Wednesday he might sell Tribune Tower. In a memo to employees, Zell said he's asked real estate firms to give him ideas for maximizing its value. The 83-year-old Gothic landmark might command $200 million to $250 million, experts said.
